This is a brand new dual action crossing gate it raises and lowers automatically as the train passes. This is a must have item for your layout. As far as fanning I would think listia would have something about it on the main page. My way of looking at it is it shows people that your auctions are liked and that people think you are a nice person. But I could be all wrong so don't take my word for it.
