The listing, Two Vintage Pattern Tracer Tools has ended.

One Singer and one Dyno brand pattern tracer tools.

Dyno consist of a metal "tracer" and solid plastic hand.

The Singer is much heavier and made of metal with plastic at the bottom of the handle.

This auction included both pattern tracers.

Took the pic at night and the best lighting is in the bathroom. So you are seeing the reflection of the lights above the vanity. :o)

Hey. How is it different in the way we use a tracer and a rotary cutter? Just wondering.

I beleive the tracer just marks the material, whereas the cutter, literally cuts the fabric.

Used to use these back in the "old'n days" to mark our fabric. Used tracing paper with different colors that would wash off, only bought at fabric stores. Just slip tracing paper under pattern face down and lightly roll tool over lines in pattern you needed to trace like darts etc. and you marked your fabric.
