New in damaged packaging. Box shows wear from being in storage, has stains on it.Green wire strands, 100 clear mini lights, 23 ft long, lighted length is 21.5 ft, for indoor or outdoor use.
Updating to add that I've never taken these out of the box. The last photo shows the lights with the end of the box opened and the strand plugged in for proof they work. As I've never taken out of box, I DO NOT know if any bulbs are damaged inside box but it does come with extra bulbs and it didn't appear that any were damaged when lit up.
