To answer your lack-of-bids question, e-codes are not as popular as gift cards. My opinion is that the nature of Domino's business isn't all that convenient for e-codes. In my case, Domino's doesn't deliver to my area since I live five miles outside the city. This is probably true of many potential bidders. If this were a gift card, I'd bid right away.
