Yes, you can just join your network. You can navigate to facebook, listia, and email. There is no charge for browser. When I said I pay for my internet, I meant my entire home network. :-) I hope this helps.

Yes the browser is loaded. You need wifi to connect. I pay for my Internet/wifi but everyone is different. Lol
