Fresh Organic Rosemary! My garden is organic and this is fro my giant rosemary plant.It has been washed, trimmed, washed again, stripped off of the stems, and rinsed through twice again. I don't use vegetable soaps... just clean fresh cold water.
Dehydrated in one night at a low temp to keep the excellent flavor and properties of Rosemary. I have picked as many smaller stems out of it as I can.
The last pic shows how much 1 ounce is going to look like. I zeroed the digital scale with the pan on it.. so this is 1 oz exactly... There's a LOT there.
This smells awesome and is excellent for foods and oils.
