I do not know what sp2 is,so i can not tell if dose or not .it is second edition .it says on the box that it is compatible with programs for windows 95 .I hope that this helps you ,I am sorry but I don't know a lot about computers,thank you . but I will keep looking for the answer for you ,I don't want to open the box.it is still raped in plastic.

can you ship it first class if it is 13oz and under then it be only about $2 not that the $5 is alot but It be a little cheaper first class in a bubble envelope either way does this have the sp2 upgrade in it for win 95/98?

This is not just a cd,it is the whole kit the box that it comes in is not a small box and it weighs close to two lbs .I took it to the post office and they weighed it for me.
