I know you can do money orders or something like that trough the bank. so you pay for shipping and mail it to me. when I get it. I give that slip to my PO and they use that money to pay for shipping and that's your tracking info as well

I have never heard of wepay. Not sure what that is. my bank charges for money orders thats why i asked about checks

I don't think you have to use your card. it's a postal money order. you can just give them cash. and once you get it and mail it that would be your tracking. that's what the woman made it seem like
