It is made of plastic and will stick to the window without gule or tape.It is made like the traditional Chinese paper cutting they do here in China!! It's really amazing and I have one in my window...you won't find this item in the good old USA..They put these in the windows here in China to bring good luck for the New Year!!! Very Beautiful!! Be the only one on your block to have one in the window!! Remember this is coming from China...so it will take 3 to 4 weeks for shipping!!! They do make these by hand, but this one is plastic that sticks
on the window...which is much better...the paper ones get wet
in the winter..and then they are bad...this one will last a long time!
