No, they would not fit a size 11, as they are marked size 10
Do they run small, I have no idea but I would say in my opinion, they are true to size, maybe a 10 1/2 at most.

They are just plain, good ole, knock around, working outside, walking in the woods, going to high school, wearing everyday, lightweight boots! Not fancy, not shiny, but great! I sure hope the bidding goes up, with me paying for the postage, the bid is very, very low right now and that worries me!
