The listing, Light blue with black over lace dress from Windsor Size M has ended.

Need a dress for a special occasion for you or maybe daughter's School dance, Prom, wedding, etc. This is a really cute dress just for that!!

It's made to be worn form fitting 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex.

Has a removable sequined brooch, asymmetrical ruffled cut at the bottom train of the dress.

I wore it once for a friend's company dinner. Sorry my pictures are horrible. It's very hard to get a picture of black clothing.

I think it will be loose on you especially if it's strapless....i have other items that are XS if your're interested... =)

Beautiful! I'm right in between petite and regular height wise (5'3") and also is the top tight enough for small frames? Thanks!

TY. Well I'm about 5'2 and I am also in between petite and reg 34B so i fits just fine on me =) And if you're like me, you're always wearing heels so it longest part of the dress just hits the ground. I hope I was of help and Good Luck!
