This gorgeous statue is solid onyx with abalone and lapis inlay. It is an Indian Chief and I purchased it many years ago when I was visiting Superstition Mountains. I was drawn to if for one I LOVE abalone and two it looked like an eerie red face at the top of the headdress. It was the last one, and I am offering it here out of my own collection to you starting at 1 credit with free shipping.
No rude comments those that do get flagged, reported and always blocked. Plus I leave your comments for all to see and TRUST me many come back to me saying something about them. Lets make this a fun site not a bashing one, because to be honest...I treat others how I am treated and you might not like my response. See measurements compared to ruler in pics.
The Indian has no chips, cracks nothing wrong with it, great carved stone and I will be listing many of my stone collections from all over the world as I am unpacking into my new home :) I will ship item very careful. I ship on Fridays and Saturdays.

Thank you, I have a huge collection and many boulder opal skulls from Australia that are over 8 pounds the size of a bowling ball lol. The opal is so neat looking it looks like veins in it :D

Thank you, I should have took better pictures with the ruler a 6 and a 9 look a lot alike depending on how you look at it :D Does yours have that red spooky looking thing at the top. I swear it looks like a face...lol. Ive searched everywhere trying to find others, and found similar ones seen on for over 200 and was like wow, but it did not have the red at the top of the headdress or abalone it had lapis and mother of pearl.

Onyx comes in white tan and black. That's why I wanted to make my Australian shepherd onyx :). But most common is the black.

Plus it looks like it is reflecting the pink tulips on the satin. But it is pure black.

A lot of these onyx items are actually made in Mexico, i think this one is too, i see a lot of similarities to some that i have.

Is there a slight red tint to this, beside the painted part? It sure looks like it, but that may be reflections from the background.

No red whats so ever,its my flash and my chandelier has 8 lights... its as black and ace of spades, deep rich black :D

I think its painted no matter how the light faces it, it is there. I just figured they did that because it was a shop at Superstition Mountains, which is known for being haunted. Since the shop sold stuff, I thought it was meant to look scary, but it is definitely not part of the onyx, I think its some kind of paint.

Not on here, I just sold one for 350 and have to send it to New Zealand. This sites is credits and I get money for them so I will not list them, but my extra personal stuff I will always put on here, that is just a separate thing I have. But if I ever decide to put them on here I would let you know, its just on here I would not get the credit value that I would expect from them. I rather list them where I know I can get their worth... thanks so much for commenting :)
