Questions & Comments
Awesome...I lost an autographed backstage photo of John and my dad in a fire years ago. Still bums me out, but I still have a great autographed photo of Jerry Garcia that made it out of the fire.
thats cool you have that. I have a picture from the Beatles from a concert in California that included a back stage, and many got to go to a hotel room with them. In the pic is them sitting on the couch and passing a "J" lol and the pic shows ringo hitting it. Its an actual photograph not a copy. :D I will never get rid of it though.
I do not know I just won it an a estate sale, it has a phone number on it and ticket price, also on the back it looks like it were taped up. I got it in a plastic bag. All I know on it....and John was mine also :)
This is a great find! How lucky you are. My favorite is Paul!!!! I saw him last summer in Hershey Pa-it was for sure a check off my bucket list! He was amazingWhat a great man who was in a great group! I am bidding, fanning and hope to win :)
I'm watching love the beetles hoping to win going 2 give it 2 my 14year old she's obsessed!!! Raised her well:) her fav is John also she listens 2 their music all the time & also researches the meaning of their songs. She knows more about them then most "beetles" fans
It's a bootleg. It has the 1966 day of show (23 Aug 66). The 1965 show was 15 Aug 65. Still a cool VINTAGE bootleg, though. I'm watching it. Groovy listing!!!
I really dont know but this site says they played there on that date. http://www.pbase.com/tg6string/beatles on 1966 but the poster says 1965. Ill see what I can find. thanks for the info :)
Ok gratefulseedsaver I found that even the posters with the correct dates are not authentic if the "Beatles" letters are straight like block letters in a straight line, they only used letters that are not in a straight line. So who knows, I got this in a box from an estate auction and it had newspapers in it from the 60's which are pretty old. lol. Thanks for checking on it, because I do not know much about this stuff, I did not want to toss the papers or the poster...but I mainly bid on boxes hoping there is jewelry in there :D
I love John, my fav!!! I have his 24k plate only imagine record in frame. I wonder about that now since I also go that from an estate sale. I had it listed on here and many wanted it but did not buy it for the high credits, but its big and heavy and would have costed a lot to ship so I took it off. I will have to check into that now to make sure its authentic...it has his stamps next to to the gold record.
yes, love love John!! thank you, I go through and fan as it allows me. Mnay times it says limit reached. I just keep checking when I can everyday, and thank you so much for commenting.
I am a big Paul fan. My parents raised me on the Beatles along with other Bands during that time. Believe it or not my husband didn't listen to the Beatles and didn't know any of their songs. His parents are much older than mine, a whole different generation apart so it floored me when he said he never heard of them.
