This is a one of a kind ring, custom designed, It is 18k solid gold and has a approx. 3 carat Imperial topaz surrounded by 8 diamonds, 6 round and 2 baguettes, approx. diamond weight is 1/4 carat, The pictures do not do this beauty justice. The stone is about 11 to 12 mm from top to tip, so a touch over an 1/2 inch I would guess
