it's 27 in around the chest and 18 in from the back of the neck to the end of the coat. I tried it on my yellow lab when she was four months old and it barely fit. I'd say a medium size dog.

no, sorry its not DC shoes. its dickens closet. my laptop is not working right now im using my wii and i havent figured out how to down load pictures yet. but ill try in the morning.
