The listing, Small Chokin Swan Plate has ended.

24K gold edged Chokin plate with picture of two swans in a pond. Japanese Chokin art is where they etch copper and then gild it with silver and gold. That is hoe they used to decorate the samurai swords. This is all mentioned on the sticker on the back of the plate. It measures 6 inches across.

Can you eat off this plate? I assume hand wash only

This is a decorator piece to hang. I do not recommend eating off of it as it may ruin it.
