it has red straps to hook onto the bottom if you choose to wear with, if not they do tuck in above out of site - i have worn this twice with a pair of leather pants out on the town even though its really meant to be worn inside
Shipping is 4.00 usa - after i purchase package and ship thats more than fair if it does cost less i will refund :) i do send reciepts with product

it says 34b , i would have to guess its almost inbetween a small and medium - im a medium in tops and it fits me

im also larger than 34 b and it still fit perfect the leather (not real) stretches a little so it gives a nice fit

i have the matching tight things that go with this they are black with the matching red lace on top and have the hole where u can attach the straps from the top - they have been worn a few times but show no wear on them and have been washed so i will include these in to as well - if u would like to see a pic please email me and i can email u a pic or send pic in text msg - its too late to add to auction being theres bids on it- sorry.
