it does but its not, its stretchy ha ha ive peronally never worn it but when i took it out of the package right before i listed it on here u could tell- it is a very stretchy fabric- it has to be according to the pic on the package - she wasnt fat but she was big in a few places... ahh i wish i could show the package without being kicked off here -

the outfit does stretch -- u can feel the elastic in the black/white strings .. i know its difficult but if it means anything the back of the box/ thing it came in states that it is a one size fits all between 112- 185lbs - where they get that from idk....ha sorry i wish i knew more about this outfit...other than its not the right outfit for me
