These came from an estate find...the only thing I could find about them on the internet is:
"The National Bank of Romania issued Romanian Old Leu banknotes in 5 different denominations, including this 100000 Romanian Old Lei banknote (Nicolae Grigorescu). They are part of the Old Romanian Lei banknotes series. The National Bank of Romania started issuing these 100000 Romanian Old Leu banknotes in 2001. They were withdrawn from circulation in 2005." Accredited to left over currency site.
