Here are my rules. I hate to say it but I feel like some people may be getting my items and saying they are not.
I am an honest person and send my items. I never had problems with the PO in the past but a few people say they did not get the item. That may be true but if you want to make sure a small item such as this gets to you I will ask for $2.68 for shipping the smallest item. I am on a limited income and cannot do this on all items. I try to offer free shipping on items but if it's a large lot you know I pay shipping. So items under $5 I offer free shipping but if you do not receive it, there should be no buyers remorse. Just don't bid if you have a problem with this.

As I said I am honest as you can see in my feedback but I have to state this because I'm unwilling to get anymore bad feedback since people want to claim they did not get the item when I know I sent it.

Again please do not bid if you do no agree with the above. Please ask for added secure shipping and tracking if you want the item and want to make sure it gets to you. Just give me your paypal email in a private message and let me know.
