16.6 carats of Genuine Untreated Lapis Lazuli from Afghanistan. This cabochon measures 25x17x6mm. This cabochon was slabbed, cut, ground and polished in Oklahoma by me.

Sure! use a high speed drill like a Dremel and keep the stone and drill bit under water or cutting oil to keep the bit cool. I would recommend drilling a shallow hole and epoxying a loop of silver wire in it.
