Yep, that it is. :) Which is why I had originally bought this one again, before finding out that I already had this movie. So I'm keeping my first one, and giving this brand new one away here on Listia instead.:)

This is a factory sealed brand new DVD that has this cover right on it. The other 2 pictures are just scenes from the movie, to give you a idea of the movie. Since there is a bid on it already, I can not add any more pictures anyway, but I would have to open it up to show a picture of the DVD itself, and that is NOT the way it's presented, if was opened to show inside either. Right now, I could return it to the store for a FULL refund if I wasn't listing it here, so that is the way it will stay for those who are interested in getting a BRAND NEW returnable DVD and not just trying to complain about something.:)

I don't think DannyovSodd1 was trying to complain about anything. If the DVD is still sealed you could still post a pic of that. I think people just like to know that the person actually has the item they are auctioning off. Plus, if I'm not mistaken it is against Listia rules to ONLY post stock photos of an item. You are allowed to use them, but only if they are accompanied by images of the actual item.

I've checked with Listia too, and you don't have to give any picture at all.
This is actually just showing scenes from the movie and exactly the same picture poster that is on the front of this DVD.

Unfortunately, I cannot add any more real pictures to this, because I don't posses the cable needed to take and transfer any more new pictures that weren't already saved onto my computer in advance, AND there is a bid already there, so my EDIT button is unavailable.
