It dosen't come with a charger or battery but they can be purchases off of Amazon which is CHEAPER than ebay. The phone is in great working conditions though.

because I have received a new phone from my friend and it was used and they have the same charger....I use it. The battery has bee missplaced after not bein used for awhile and finding out that the battery goes with another phone that my brother owns.

Ok, there is 3 different phones (at least) in those pictures but no specific model stated in the description. If you take off the battery cover it will have the model listed. Also, does it have a clear ESN and will you provide it to the highest bidder prior to auction ending? Thanks!
