Yep, somthing to do with promotional codes. I have found this out the hard way a few times. And there really is no way of knowing what is considered promotional or not. But a work around for me is I redeem it through flixstervideo and then it ports to my UV account which is connected to my VUDU account and it pops up. Hope that helps. :-)
