Didn't know which category would be the best for this item. But... you are bidding on Two small size Canvas Shopping bags. These are both NEW... not used! Each is made of a 100% cotton canvas material. Light Beige in color and is measured 13" x 11" with handles at the top. Works great as a Makeup bag, travel bag for toiletries, beach bag for suntan lotion, small toys, etc. Blank on both sides (no advertising). Strong and washable.

Is that measurement without the handles? I'm looking for some basic tote bags around that size, but needs to be that size not including the handles in the measurements.

That measurement is the Bag only...without the handles.
