WISHING Had BETTER PHOTO / MORE photos --Cant wrap my head around it What looks like i mean .
You say could be used as " a coat thing " but doesnt look it to me from photo i see but im sure easier to tell in person one photos wayyyy to dark to see other looks like a mini skirt dress and the material appears that of a stiffer looking fabric perhaps ? would require ironing a lot or wrinkle free style ?

Tried to update but was to late basically the coat or whatever it is has buttons and so they can just stay undone that's how it can be used as a coat, as for the iron part I've never used an iron in my life lmao but I'm assuming that it would need to be ironed cause it is pretty hard material but not hard that it's uncomfortable. I find the item wearable in most seasons like you can make it work with something pretty easy. Hope that helps answer your question
