I love this shirt so much but it just doesn't fit :( I bought two of these at target, and ended up keeping the same shirt in brown in size s. This is xs and I would say its true to size. This shirt is called a flutter sleeve shirt and orig.cost 14.99. Its fitted in the chest, but has a slight scoop neck and "flowing" sleeves. The color of the shirt is what I loved so much its a very rich dark navy and off white stripe (the pictures don't quite capture the right color). 60% cotton and 40% modal. So far most of the clothes I have got from target have been pretty good quality, and I would say the same of this. It actually looks like a shirt I have from j.crew. very nautical, and preppy perfect for spring and summer! This would look really good with colored jeans, and anyting red, blue, green, yellow, or neon yellow imo :)
