the hand weight is 10 Lbs. the bar bell is 8.8 lbs. the bar is about 35' long. Both have some wear but not much. i can't use them so i'm sure someone out there can. need some credits people!!!!! you've got some good stuff listed and i need credits to get this stuff so please BID!BID!BID!

I got several thousand credits just by taking surveys. Go to top of screen to Get Credits, scroll down to surveys. I even joined a book club and got 5000 credits. These are cool weights but the shipping cost alone will turn away bidders.

i would fill out the offers if i could. i don't have the money to join a book club. i'm disabled and my husband lost his job, so i cannot afford free shipping. i was thinking about a flat rate box cause i can tear down the barbell and they say if it fits it ships! i would love 5000 credits and a totally free bookclub, just not in that position.

Thank you welcome to listia, I would love just the barbell and weights but not he hand weights would you cosider shipping by itself if I win? Do you accept paypal? oh and some of the free credits are just from watching videos and such not paying for anything. I am also disabled email me sometime for some hints:)
