The listing, Real DIAMOND heart pendant on Italian 14k gold chain w/ bonus has ended.

Alright...We have a gorgeous real Diamond heart pendant up for auction. I am not sure how many karats are here. I have had it for a long time. It is from Kay Jewelers. I won it on Valentines Day several years ago. There are 12 tiny diamonds and they are very sparkly.
This would make a beautiful gift for some young lady or someones mom. I have included 2 extra chains as a bonus. One is an Avon necklace and other is real gold bracelet (it is stamped but I can't read it). The bracelet and Italian gold chain have broken clasps.

is the chain the original that came w/heart pendant from kays jewelers?

I don't believe it is. If memory serves me correctly I had replaced it. The problem is that these little chains are so delicate they tend to break easily.

No. The pendant hangs from the upper part of one side of the heart

The chain on the heart pendant says Italy 14K, the bracelet has something on it, but for the life of me I can not make it out.
