They are glass beads with faces on them. They make cute scare crows. They are very unique. I took them off of a haloween bracelet they were supposed to be ghosts. The black bead and wire are thread through the hole in the bead so they can be changed out or removed, the face is molded into the white bead. I purchased the bracelet at the Alabama Thrift Store and it looked old. I took it apart and used some of the other elements in another project. Sorry response so long.
