This is a new without tags touch screen pen it is purple and metal it is retractable and attaches to your cellphone so you can't lose it very nice pen it does not work with iPod,iPad,iPhone but will work with the touch screen phones from straight talk not the android ones though I am not sure what else they work with sorry.
