Purchased this at a boutique here in SF. Handmade, heavy piece of jewelry. I have had it maybe a year and a half. It has a metal hello kitty charm with some shiny crystals. Good quality beads and a bow at the neck. It definitely is a mature piece of jewelry not for a little girl due to the weight.
