I mail thru USPS, regular first class mail, not overnight, not priority mail either nor am I putting tracking on it unless you wish to pay for it. Many times it takes more than 3 weeks to get items thru the mail. By bidding on my listings, YOU AGREE not to file a dispute for at least 21 days after the mailing date of the auction item.
