Yes they have a front and back. The front of the cards have cute little stick figures that show the movement and explains how to do it and what it's called, then on the back, it has photos of a real person doing the poses / movement / stretches.

I'll post a couple more photos for you to see exactly what they look like. Hope they help! They are very unique cards and I've never been able to find them anywhere else, well, at least I haven't searched on Amazon to see if they have them yet. :))
