This is a harness and leash that I purchased for my yorkie. However, this company must size on the "smaller" end of the scale as it was too small for him, it fit around his chest etc..it just couldn't be buckled as when it was it made it too tight on him, and I didn't feel safe not being able to buckle it and only using the velcro. The brand name is Simply Dog. It is a size medium, and the leash is 5 ft. The items were used only a couple of times, so is basically like new. Please see pictures! so you think it would fit my 6 1/2 lb mini toy poodle? he is 15" around chest just below front paws.... thanks and watching:)

When the harness is open the bottom portion measures around 19 1/2" long, when the velcro is closed at the loosest position it measure 8" long ( which would be around) if you get what I am saying. Hope this helps.
