It looks like it's been used and hanging out in a purse with all the wear on the casing and why isn't it still in the package?

hi I just realized I failed to mention in listing of its condition, I won this off another listian a long time ago back when I had another account, she stated it was used once or twice (more so for the mirror) and I have not used it since I got it because my skin tone is way lighter, hope that cleared everything up! :)
