I know they're sold in stores, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with them and nobody would really "eat" them...at least I hope not, but during Valentines there were a lot of these auctions and most were removed bc they were "edible." I was just giving you a friendly heads up, that's all.

As posted in the rules, prohibited item: "Food, beverages, medicine (prescription or non-prescription)
Anything that can be ingested or comes in contact with the skin (by humans or pets/animals) and has the risk of causing harm if tainted or tampered with, including toothpaste etc."

I am not sure if these items are allowed on listia. the rules say no adult items, unless they are found in markets ect. some of these items can be found there, so i wasn't too sure. please let me know if these items are not allowed, if you know. otherwise happy bidding.

yeah, but its really no different than lotion in my opinion! You don't really put it in your mouth like you would say, toothpaste or gum and such! I would just kinda change the wording a bit and let the winner decide what they want to do with it! and if you have stuff like this to auction again, I would just watch how it's worded so it's not misinterpreted! I think the main thing, is Listia being careful that their users aren't poisoned or killed by something that had been put into ingestable items by some lunatic! I personally like the auction, my fiance' keeps saying "Bid!" "Bid"! LOL! and if it stays on here, I will! Fanned and watching!!=0)

My sister just saw this and her answer to this was, "this is no different that lip gloss, chapstick, or lipstick! If it gets on your lips, you can get it in your mouth!" But if they start taking all of that stuff away too, I believe alot of members may decide if they can't get what they bid on, or what they want to bid on, just because you can get it in your mouth, they may decide to go elsewhere! I think it should just be for stuff like, toothpaste, mouth wash, gum, any form of pills, like heartburn meds, vitamins, and the like, and food items. only things that you would normally put in your mouth! This is not something you would "normally" put in your mouth to swallow it, or eat it, ( no pun intended!)=0) its just for adult fun! I saw someone else auctioning off banana flavored condoms! Now why on earth would a condom need to be flavored in the first place??? Thats just gross! Now, if thats flavored, then someone plans on putting it in their mouth, so why wasn't that questioned? I don't think there is anything wrong with this auction, no one under 18 is allowed to bid on here anyway, and all of us adults can make our own decisions! fanned and watching, going to bid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!=0)( I am for ya' Kia)! =0) can't you tell????
