Offering a lot of 29 vintage Happy Birthday seals. These need to be moistened in order to stick. Due to their age, I'm not sure if they still would stick but they can also be applied onto surfaces with regular glue on the back.

Truly nostalgic designs, very cute and perfect for scrapbooking, art projects, journaling, ATCs, decorations, etc.
