On review, the camera has picked up a lot of turquoise in the background/pendant itself. The background color is much lighter with only a hint of color which looks more toward green to me....but this variation in light appearance makes it really versatile to coordinate and the ribbon can always be changed if you have other jewelry ribboned or corded items.
