6 empty HP 27 Black printer ink cartridges to refill. They are all in a ziptop bag in the photo. All are easily refilled with one of the syringe kits or if you take to Walgreens or other location that refills for you (syringe kits are MUCH cheaper than a refill service). Refilling cartridges can save you hundreds of dollars on ink replacement.
