Nice light blue table runner with tassels on each corner. This is pre-owned and it does have two small rust spots (not noticeable unless you look for them)... Very pretty! I'm just changing colors and no longer can use it.

which fabric is it? this picture is confusing....it's not the black and white fabric, is it?

It's the light blue fabric. The table runner is folded on my black and white table cloth. Hope that helps :)
