Buffalo Indian Head Nickels - treated dates: 1916S – 1919D – 1926D

The dates on these Buffalo Nickels (1916S – 1919D – 1926D) have been treated with acid to bring out the worn date. They are readable, but not extremely clear. They could probably be enhanced if you have the acid to bring out the dates. I recently replaced these in my collection; they are ‘hole fillers’ – cheap coins in poor condition to fill holes in your coin book until you get better ones. That’s what I do, my collection is almost complete but I need to replace about a dozen or so. So if you bid, make sure you understand what you are getting here.
