This toy is in perfect condition and has fresh batteries.
It light up in different colors as it plays different tunes of music. When the child grabs any one of the three handles the toy can play music, or it will say the color of the handle they pulled in 3 different languages. French, Spanish, or English. there is also volume control or you can adjust it to play music only, or say colors only. All while lighting up every time they touch it. Great toy. teaches colors, and hand coordination skills.

Sorry, I haven no idea. But I have a 2yr. old, and 9 month old who both really loved it for a while, but they have tooooo many toys now, so they don't care for this one anymore.
