The headphone are built well, and work with the radio without cords or anything! Just turn them on set your volume and pick your station right from the side of the headphones. Great for just listening to the radio while pretty much doing anything. Good reception, so you can jog, clean, or just about anything you can think of with no limit of distance, or wires to get in your way! Each headphone takes 2 AAA BATTERY'S And that's all you need. Good headphones, worth it, even without the cheap base for t.v listening.
