This is a Cute Sterling Silver, Stamped on Back 925,Teddy Bear Pendant and/or Brooch! It has a Bar Pin on the back and a Bale that folds down for a chain on the top! This little cutie is 2.25" in Length and 1.5" at the widest point which to me was the arms. There is quite a bit of detail put into the markings on him.
