I received this as a gift many years ago. I grew up in a strict catholic family so I got a lot of these over the years lol. I'm pretty sure the stones are not real. It's very shiny ! There is 925 something stamped on the top part (pictured). I will ship fast and provide confirmation! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!

I just wanted to add that I searched the .925 that's stamped on the cross and it means that it is made of real silver!! So it won't turn your skin green. ;-)
