There are snaps at the crotch for easy diaper changes.This is a non-smoking home and this item is in excellent condition Free shipping with tracking is included with your verified shipping info.I try to ship as quickly as possible. That does not always work out as I have to wait for the mailman to pick up my packages. I cannot go to the USPS because I recently lost my left leg. If I am going to be more than 3 or 4 days, I do let you know.
