This Franklin Mint sterling silver coin was issued on July 4, 1976. It comes in a handsome book ( small scratch on cover), which makes it a vintage item. It is a one ounce coin, and the booklet included has an official declaration, listing the Supreme Court justices, the United States senators and the governors of the fifty states. It is a must for Franklin Mint collectors as well as collectors of historical coins. All Listia rules apply.
