Yes, this is a stock photo. I thought it looked way better than taking the piture with my cell phone. The one I have is IDENTICAL. The battery is dead, and I have no charger. GUARANTEED to work. Only normal wear. Great condition. A WHOLE BUNCH of songs already on in. Everything from T.I to stuff like ac/dc , I believe. Got it with intentions on getting a charger, but I never did. The battery was charged when I got it, so I do know that it works fine and is compatable with my ipod head phones. Tired of it just sitting here. Below is a description from google product search. Not sure how many GB's this one is. I just know it already has a wide variety of songs on it. Also has micro sd slot.

Lol...ok..some people like to ruin stuff for everbody..well I guess you moderators need to tell me how to delete this auction. If I have to buy a charger, to delete the music, Im just going to keep it for myself. I was giving it away, because it wasnt worth me going to get a charger for it. I have a 4th generation Ipod, so I really dont need this. If I have to delete this auction, Ill let my other auctions close, with a winner, so those dont get ruined as well, Ill bid all my credits on something I want, and Ill go to another site. It would be sad to delete this, it looks like a few people were interested in it. To everyone that bid, I am very sorry if this gets deleted, at least youll get your credits back. Thanks to the guy that asked me if I was going to delete all the music, I hope you are proud. If I cant give away an mp3 player with music on it, how can people give away cds, with music already on them? Thanks to the people that bid, and again, I am sorry.

Basically the music on the mp3 player is like if the cd was burned, they don't have the legal right to distribute that music. That isn't what they were buying when they bought those songs or albums, they bought the right to listen to it.

Its not a usb that plugs in it the plug is flat like a Ipod but there not the same type ... you got to haveone from a sansa player for it to work

What size is the item? does it come with everything seen via the pictures? Is there a Model #? Will you clear all data from it before shipping as per listia rules?

Um..Im guessing 3 or 4 inches..it fits in my palm. The only thing pictured is the mp3 player, so yeah , thats what you get. The only data on it is songs, so its about the same as giving away a cd. And as I stated in the description, I do not have a charger and the battery is dead. Dead battery+no charger= cant clear data. Hope thats answers your questions! :-)
