I got to thinking that if a lot of folks are like me, they would like to see things they "need" up on Listia, so I thought I'd list this eyeliner, which is NEW, never used, sealed in the original packaging, never opened, etc. The color is Charcoal, which I think is less harsh & more smoky-looking than Black, while not being too wimpy like Brown...lol! It's made by L.A. Colors. I have used them and generally very good to use. They don't pull on eyelids like some do. The package says: No Sharpening, Long Wear, Shapes & Defines Eyes. To Use: Twist & draw a line from the inner to outer corner of lid. Cruelty Free.
